Currently there are three types of basic materials, available, two types of Cellulose, and one Soft Remay.
Thermal
Finest quality computer printed care labels available in the world today. Custom fabric dye colors are available for complete product, matching. Excellent washing in most cases, all processes must be tested. Thermal care labels are extremely soft, and emit sharp text and graphics. Ink colors include Blue, Green, White, and Red, other colors are being developed with great speed.
Offset
Offset, offers the highest, quality in a non-embroidered care label with an extensive choice of materials and endless colors., Offset offers excellent, washability through the toughest environments the world has to offer. Small type, heavy coverage, large runs, high resolution on coated sheeted fabrics.
Flexographic
This label printing process is great for logo labels combined with care information. Flexography allows us to pre-print your logo, up to six colors, on an extensive selection of materials ranging from Coated Nylon to Satins and allow you or us to print your specific variable information in your plant or ours. You can expect excellent washing results in most cases.
Hot Stamp
An excellent choice for high quality printed labels of up to five colors with a large array of materials and ink colors. Hot stamp is best when there is a large volume with few variable changes. Excellent for black satin and white printing.
